The Easyform is a lever divider-shaper, suitable for small productions and suitable for hydrated and fermented doughs (minimum 65% hydration). With a capacity of 3 to 5 kg of dough, it allows division with or without prior compaction. Packing and cutting is to be operated by a progressive push lever. The Easyform makes it possible to use all the cutting grids in the JAC catalogue. These grids are common to hydraulic and manual dividers. Equipped with Click&Cut, a quick and ergonomic grid change system and Easylock, it is a simple and secure frame locking system. Hygiene is exemplary thanks to easy access to the interior of the machine via the upper plate. With a small footprint, the Easyform can be placed on a table or on a Moveo base (accessory) with grid storage system (optional) and it has collection tray for dough residue.
